Interim Human Resources Director
Dr. Angela Spranger, MBA, MA Ed., joins Pillsbury United Communities after 20 years of adjunct and full-time experience in higher education as faculty (teaching Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Marketing), SHRM Student Chapter advisor, and senior administrator and DEI leader.
She has served as a recruiter, training developer, training manager, Gallup Engagement Champion, and consultant, addressing issues that fall within the purview of her trademarked model, the 5C’s of OB® – Communication, Collaboration, Culture, Change, and Conflict.
Dr. Spranger operates a consultancy, Chandler Henley Consulting LLC, through which she helps organizations do the work of inclusion by putting theory into practice. She serves Pillsbury United Communities on a part-time basis, mornings from Monday through Friday, coordinating the work of the Human Resources team from the Executive Office to centralize key HR functions like talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations.
