To register for all other youth programs, including after-school programs and tutoring, click on the button below to access our Youth Program Registration form.
Please note that the forms above are used to confirm that a person is eligible for our youth programs. Completing the form does not guarantee enrollment in all programs. A program coordinator will follow-up with you regarding next steps. If the program you selected is full, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list.
